Usage
1.Export rules from Redirector or URLRedirector's management page.
2.Select the file you just exported below (Select _redirector.js if you want to convert Redirector.uc.js rules)
3.Wait a moment, the browser will pop up the download window, save it as
4.Open the Header Editor management interface, select "Import", select the file just downloaded
